A visual exploration of dreamlike landscapes where light, texture, and imagination merge into surreal harmony. Created to capture emotional depth and a sense of wonder, Ethereal Dreams represents the beauty of blending fantasy with realism through intricate digital painting techniques. Each element within the composition is carefully crafted — from the soft illumination of distant skies to the fluid transitions of color and form — evoking a tranquil yet mysterious atmosphere.

AstraVision Studio

3d Art

The goal was to design a visually immersive 3D environment that captures the feeling of hope and mystery in a futuristic world. The client wanted a large-scale cityscape at sunrise, blending realistic architecture with ethereal lighting to convey emotional storytelling

Concept Development

We began by sketching moodboards and light compositions inspired by early morning hues and architectural silhouettes

3D Modeling

The main structures were built using Blender, focusing on modular design to maintain depth and scale consistency

Texturing & Lighting

Materials were created in Substance Painter with reflective metal and glass surfaces. Lighting was set using HDRI maps and volumetric fog to simulate dawn atmosphere

Rendering & Post-Production

The final scene was rendered with V-Ray and enhanced in Adobe After Effects for color correction, bloom, and cinematic tone mapping

Result / Outcome

The project delivered a stunning, emotionally charged digital landscape that became the opening scene of the client’s film. The cinematic environment received over 50,000 views on release and was praised for its realism and storytelling depth.
